Stacey Jane Morgan, 33, was out for some exercise with her three-month-old daughter, Zoe, when an unnamed driver struck her from behind. The baby was ejected from the strolled but remained in her carseat, and she was unharmed. Morgan suffered head injuries and died later at the hospital. Police are investigating the crash. There is a story here in the Star-Tribune.
